About Me

Just a little information about me:

As most of you already know, this is my first year teaching Career Orientation.  I am very excited to have the opportunity to provide my students with important information on career choices, job skills, and education/training that will help guide them in setting goals and charting the paths to achieve the careers that will keep them fulfilled and bring them success for years to come.

I currently live in Benton with my husband, Chad, of three years and my much-loved dog, Bruiser.  I enjoy dancing, drawing, reading, and pretty much anything that gets me outside.

I graduated from Bauxite High School in 2003 and went to Southwest Missouri State University for a year after high school.  I then completed my undergraduate education at the University of Central Arkansas and received a bachelor's degree in interior design in December 2007.  I am currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Teaching program at UCA and will receive my master's degree in December of this year.
